Thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and could you please let us know which Soundfreaq model you own? It could be interference from a remote nearby. Is your Soundfreaq located near another system that is remote controlled, such as TV or computer? We found that some remotes share IR codes with the Soundfreaq such that certain buttons will increase the volume or turn on the speaker inadvertently. If it is not remote interference, please contact us again by submitting a support form and we will get you up and running as soon as possible.
