I have an IPad, a mini IPad and an IPod and not a one of them will dock on this!? You need to state that it doesn't work on any of the new products so we don't waste our time buying things like this!
Kirk, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and to better troubleshoot your issue, could you please let us know which model you purchased? Please note for particular models we do offer the Lightning adapter including the 02L, but most of our models come with the original 30-pin adapter.
Is it that the model you purchased is Bluetooth and AUX only? Our latest models do not come with a dock as we move toward wireless Bluetooth listening. If so, I do apologize for the confusion. I have forwarded your case to our team in hopes we can make it clearer on the website but currently, the product specs are listed on the packaging as well as the stock photo on the product webpage.
