Platform 2 - SFQ-06 wont turn on

I purchased a Platform 2 back in April 2014. Ive used it very frequently but since yesterday it will no longer turn on. I believe that the unit is still getting power because the USB Cable I have connected to it still charges my phone when plugged in. I wanted to see if your company has any recommendations on how to remedy this problem or if there is any repair or warranty options. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

John, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are no longer able to power on the speaker. First, that is very resourceful sleuthing to use the external USB charging to test if it's still receiving power.

In that case, if it's not a dead power adapter, unfortunately, we do recommend replacing the speaker all together. While the unit is no longer covered under our one year warranty, we do offer options nonetheless.

To replace the speaker, we charge 50% off the retail price, or in other words, $75, plus $15 for two way shipping.
