SFQ-04 Will Not Charge

I've had my SoundKick for about eight months or so now, and love the thing. It's got great sound, without delivering too much bass. Now last night I charged it for the first time in about three months as I had lost the charge adapter. I plugged it in, and the LED charge indicator on the back lit up green. I thought it was strange, so I left it plugged in overnight. I went to use it this morning, and now it will not work unless it is plugged into the wall charger. Kinda defeats the purpose of a portable bluetooth sound bar now, doesn't it?

Is there anything I can do on my end to fix it, or do I need to send it in for repairs?

Please know we do provide replacement batteries, as they are user replaceable for the Sound Kick, accessible via the battery compartment located on the bottom of the speaker.

Please send us an email at support@soundfreaq.com with your shipping address, and the serial number located on the bottom of the speaker on a white barcode sticker.

Hello: the battery in my Soundfreaq is no longer holding a charge. Even though we purchased it a little while ago, we've barely used it. Hoping we can get a replacement battery.
