time unreadable

can not tell the time because all the lines are backlit. everyone and am/fm bells ant alarm clock lights are always on so can not tell the time or what time is.. Have only owned clock radio for three days. First day clock worked great.

Doug, thank you being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing display issues with your brand new Sound Rise.

If you have not done so already, please try resetting the speaker by unplugging it for fifteen seconds before powering it back on.

If that does not resolve the issue, unfortunately we do recommend replacing the speaker all together. Please send us an email at support@soundfreaq.com with the following information:

- Serial number located on the bottom of the unit on a white barcode sticker.
- Your shipping address and phone number for delivery.
- Color of your Soundfreaq.

We will send the replacement once we receive your defective unit.
