Why has my SFQ-02 stopped connecting to my phone and iPod?

I've had my SFQ-02 for 3 years and had no issues, this week it suddenly stopped connecting to my iPod, iPhone and iPad. It shows up in the devices but will not connect. I tried to forget the device and then re-connect but even that won't work!!! Help :-)

Bec, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing Bluetooth pairing issues with the SFQ-02.

The first step is to remove the "Sound Step" on the iPhone and re-pair from the beginning, which I understand did not resolve the issue. If you have not done so already, please try resetting the speaker by unplugging it for fifteen seconds before powering it back on. If that does not resolve the issue, unfortunately, we do recommend replacing the speaker all together.

I understand your unit is out of our one year warranty. Please know we do charge a $50 refurbish fee (includes two-way shipping) for replacing the speaker.
