buzzing

I have been using my Sound spot for a while using my iPhone. I usually listen to music with Spotify or iTunes radio. Tonight, I only got the buzzing noise with the music but sounds from games would play through it. I tried disconnecting and repairing multiple times.

Donna, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing buzzing during music playback via Bluetooth.

Is there a buzzing noise when you turn on the speaker, but don't play any music? If you still have access to the audio cord, please try connecting the phone via the AUX input on the back of the Soundfreaq to see if the issue persists.

If you have access to any other smartphones or tablets, please try connecting those with the Soundfreaq as well to see if the issue persists.

I understand you have already tried resetting the Bluetooth connection. Based on your description, we do recommend replacing the speaker all together. Please email us at support@soundfreaq.com for the warranty replacement. Please include how long you've owned the speaker before the issue occurred, the serial number located on the bottom of the speaker, the color of the Soundfreaq, and your shipping address.
