On my Sound Spot sfq-07 the pause/play, and skip buttons no longer work. I have tried to disconnect and reconnect the unit, but this did not resolve the issue. Is there a way to restore the function of these buttons?

Ashley, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear the buttons no longer work on the Sound Spot. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to reset the unit other than to reset the Bluetooth connection, which I understand you have already done. Therefore, unfortunately we do recommend replacing the speaker all together, free of charge for US customers under our one year warranty.
Please send us an email at email@example.com with your shipping address, the serial number located on the bottom of the speaker, how long you've owned the unit before the issue occurred, and the color of the Soundfreaq.
