Iphone 4s shows it's connected to my SoundSpot but there is no audio. Sound does work when it's connected via Audio cable. When connecting Bluetooth, is it suppose to ask for a passkey even though it shows it's connected?

SOUNDFREAQ Customer Service Ninja
Carlos, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing Bluetooth connection issues. There isn't a passcode required for iOS devices. (We find that passcodes depend on the make of the master device, or the iPhone in your case.)
If you haven't done so already, please try resetting the Bluetooth connection by removing "Sound Kick" from Bluetooth > Devices on the iPhone, before re-pairing from the beginning.
Do you have any other smart devices you could try pairing with, such as another smartphone or tablet? This is to verify whether it is a hardware defect with the Kick. If the issue persists, unfortunately it is a defect with the Soundfreaq, and we recommend replacing the speaker all together.
Please also let us know if this is a new out of box issue, or if you were able to connect via Bluetooth in the past.
Thank you for your patience, and I apologize for the inconvenience. Any questions, please let us know.
