Won't turn on

My soundfreaq was working up until a few days ago. However, now the green light letting me know it's charging won't turn on either. Expanding the back & pressing the power button does not do anything either. Please help me out absolutely LOVE this product use it on a daily basis. Just wanna know if there us a way to reset it or something. Helpppp !

Julissa, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear the Sound Kick is no longer turning on! It could be a dead power adapter, or the unit could be defective all together, and unfortunately, we would recommend replacing the speaker all together. Please know under our one year warranty, we do replace speakers free of charge, for customers within the US.
