Alarm Clock Not Working

I test the Alarm settings and it seems to work fine. Then I set it to come on in the morning for my son but it does not come on. I verified that the alarm 1 setting is correct, AM, FM selected, all days, etc. and is on. What am I doing wrong ?

Bob, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing alarm setting issues.

Just to verify, is the Alarm 1 icon showing on the display? This indicates the alarm is on. If the alarm is indeed turned on, then it sounds like you are doing everything correctly. Other than the alarm not going off, is everything else working as it should on your Sound Rise? Are you able to power it on and listen to FM radio?

We hope you can perform one more troubleshooting step with us--please also try setting Alarm 2 to see if the issue persists.
