    Here is how to select the clock mode: FROM THE SOUND RISE UI When Sound Rise is off, press "Snooze" bar to turn the UI on Press "Set" to enter time setting mode, the hour digit will flash, use +/- to select the hour Press "Set" again, the minute will flash, use +/- to select the minute Press "Set" again, the time will flash, use +/- to toggle between "12 hour" and "24 hour" time display FROM THE APP With iOS device on the dock… Select "i" button on the upper right of the app Select "Device Time" Select "12 hour time mode" and it will show up with a check mark

    When you connect a Bluetooth audio device to a Windows Vista-based computer, the audio output is not automatically routed to the Bluetooth audio device.​ ​ This behavior occurs because audio devices in Windows Vista do not dynamically switch when you add a new device, such as a Bluetooth audio device. This is by design.​ ​ To work around this behavior, set the Bluetooth audio device as the default audio device in Windows Vista. To do this, follow these steps:​ ​ Click Start and then click Control Panel. In Control Panel, click Hardware and Sound. Under Sound, click Manage audio devices. In the Sound box, click the Playback tab, select the Bluetooth device, click Set Default, and then click OK.   • Why am I having trouble setting Alarm 2 on my Sound Rise?

    There is a printing error in the instruction manual with regard to setting the alarms on Sound Rise. The manual says to “tap” the alarm button instead of instructing the user to “press and hold”. By pressing and holding the alarm button, you should be able to set Alarm 2 (rather than setting the actual time).
