Misleading advertising

Why do you sell the Soundfreaq Lightning and not post on the box that an adapter is required to use the lightning connector on older Apple products. What a poor excuse for marketing your product. You say its compatible but in reality it is not quite as compatible as you lead consumers to believe. Thanks!

Ron, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I apologize for the confusion caused by the packaging. However, to verify, are you referring to the fact that the Lightning adapter is not compatible with iOS devices that use the original 30-pin dock adapter? It is true for older devices we do not provide an adapter, and suggest using Bluetooth pairing instead.

Please let us know if the packaging says it is compatible via the dock adapter, as I believe it refers to compatibility via Bluetooth. All speakers, regardless of the dock, can be connected via Bluetooth.

As for compatibility via the dock, the box should only state the newest Lightning devices. If you have a photo of the box or advertising you see, please do let us know as we take misinformation very seriously.
