Matt, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing charging issues. No light could mean the LED is broken, but the battery is still charging, OR the battery is not holding a charge. Either way, yes, unfortunately we do recommend you exchange your unit at the retailer and letting them know the unit you own is defective. We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, and please let us know if you are able to get the new unit up and running.
