Radio

Lance Call Nov 07, 2013 10:12AM CST

I am unable to play the radio. The app for my iphone does not have any radio functions. How do I play radio on SFQ-02?

Lance, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are having iOS app issues. Do you have the SFQ-02 or SFQ-02L (with the Lightning adapter)? Please note on the latter, your iPhone must be docked on the speaker for the button to appear. For the former, you just have to connect your phone over Bluetooth for the Source button to appear. Please let me know if that helps, or if you are still unable to work the radio. Thank you for your patience, and I apologize for the inconvenience.

I was given this speaker as a gift. It's the FSQ 07.b My computer is old and does not have blue tooth. Can I still use it for a computer speaker?

Sarah, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and yes, you can certainly still connect it to your PC via the AUX input on the back of the SFQ-07. If you received it new in box, there is a 3.5mm audio cable, which you can connect from your PC's audio out (headphone jack) to the AUX IN on the SFQ.

If you prefer to exploit the wireless listening, even if your PC does not have Bluetooth, you can purchase a Bluetooth USB dongle which will allow you to connect the SFQ to your PC via Bluetooth.

Hope that helps! Any further questions, please let us know.
