Battery pack - just received and doesn't fit

Just received the battery pack for the Soundfreaq platform 2.
I am amazed by the poor craftsmanship of this product. It doesn't fit properly on the sound platform 2.
Yes...all rubber protection has been removed.

I want my money back, or another unit shipped. This is unacceptable considering the cost of the battery is 1/3 of the actual unit and it's cheaply made! Crazy.
Y'all got to be kidding me.

Good sound on the unit btw.

I will be calling u guys to work this out. Ridiculous and VERY frustrating.

Rob, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry the battery does not fit and I apologize for the frustration and inconvenience we have caused. Just to verify, was a instruction manual included with the battery? If you have both rubber covers removed, it doesn't sound like an user error at all, and I'm worried whether it is an issue with the bottom of the Sound Platform 2 or the battery.

Were you able to speak to our phone support? We will definitely send you another battery. But to not waste time in case we send you another dud, could you take a photo of the bottom of your speaker and the battery you currently have, so we can verify the issue? In case it is an issue with the speaker, we will set you up with a speaker replacement all together (battery included).
