Tarun, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear the rear chamber is stuck. As you know, if you cannot pull it out, then the unit will not turn on.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your shipping address, how long you've owned the unit before the issue occurred, and the serial number located on the bottom of the speaker so we may replace the unit for you.
