Sound Stack Bluetooth Speaker - Remote not working

I bought a sound stack bluetooth speaker from Myer in Australia few weeks back. I like the speaker but unfortunately the physical remote which came with it is not working.

How can I get a replacement remote OR get the same repaired in Australia?

Suresh, thank you for being Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear the remote is not working with the Sound Stack. If you have not done so already, please try switching out the battery located on the back of the remote.

I got a soundfreaq sound spot for Christmas and am trying to use it. I can't get my iphone to discover this device on bluetooth settings and when I went to, it took me to a page that says this shop is not available. I touched the "pair" buttom as directed; it says the white light will flash rapidly but it does not. Any advice?

If the power indicator light is not blinking rapidly, please try holding down the Pair button to reset the pairing function.

Please let us know if the indicator light begins flashing rapidly thus.

When the indicator light stays solid when you turn on the speaker, it means the speaker is already connected to a smart device.
