Sound Spot speaker buttons not responding.

Yesterday, I received a black Sound Spot speaker. It plays music perfectly, but the play/pause, forward, and backwards buttons don't respond, no matter what I do. All the other buttons are fine except those three. My speaker is brand new and in perfect condition. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Danielle, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing button control issues with the Sound Spot. Just to verify, does the indicator light on the Power button not blink with every tap of the playback buttons you are experiencing issues with?

Are you connected to the Sound Spot via Bluetooth? Does the pair button still work? Please note the playback buttons will only work for Bluetooth connection, and not AUX connection. For AUX connection, please use the buttons on the connected master device.

If the issue still persists, unfortunately, we do recommend replacing the speaker all together. Please email us at support@soundfreaq.com so we may set you up with a replacement via mail under our one year warranty.
