SFQ-02L issue

I have a problem with my SFQ-02L. The unit I have with no battery will not allow me to charge my iPhones. The iPhone says the accessory is not supported. The unit I have with a battery works just fine. Is there something that can be done to make my unit compatible with my iPhones?

Tim, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the 02L. For troubleshooting records, is this a new out of box issue or were you able to charge your iPhone in the past?

Unfortunately, based on your description, we do recommend replacing the speaker all together. Please just send us an email at support@soundfreaq.com with your shipping address, and the serial number located on the bottom of the speaker on a white barcode sticker.
