I just bought a Sound Platform 2 and I don't think it came with the antenna. How can I get one? Thanks.

I have an SFQ01 and the antenna grasp fell apart. Can I get one and also, is there other booster antennas that will fit the antenna jack? Thanks, Bob 484-354-0287

Bobby, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear the antenna fell apart. Please know that is covered under our manufacturing warranty, and we'd love to send you a replacement antenna.

In regards to a booster antenna, we recommend trying a longer antenna such as this: A cheaper option is to connect a couple of our in box antennas together (we can send you a couple).

Here is another solution offered by a fellow Soundfreaq user: I stripped off some of the insulation at the end of the antenna wire and connected it to a 300 Ohm to 75 Ohm matching transformer and then connected it to my OTA antenna. The matching transformer I had was an old one I had around which happened to have terminals on it which made it simple.
