bluetooth pair auto

john bingaman Dec 13, 2015 07:51PM CST

I have to re-pair my iphone every time I use my speaker. Is this normal? I don't have to push the pair button on the device, but I have to go to bluetooth settings on my iphone.

Every other bluetooth device pairs automatically after the first time.

Thanks,
John

John, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and you definitely should not have to go into Settings > Bluetooth on your iPhone every time if your iPhone was the last connected smart device! Unfortunately, based on your description, we do recommend replacing the speaker all together.

Please do let us know which model Soundfreaq you own by checking the bottom of the speaker. Just to verify, is this a new out of box issue? If you purchased the unit recently, we recommend exchanging it directly with the retailer for the fastest turnaround time. If that is not possible, we can set up an exchange via mail under our one year warranty for US customers.

Please send us an email at support@soundfreaq.com with your shipping address, the serial number located on the bottom of the speaker on a white barcode number, and the color of the Soundfreaq.

Thank you for your patience, and I apologize for the inconvenience. Any questions, please let us know.
