Kevin, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear the Rise is not staying on. Just to verify, do you own the model SFQ-08 Sound Rise? You can check for the model number located on the bottom of the speaker.
It sounds like it could be a defective power adapter. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your shipping address, and the serial number located on the bottom of the speaker on a white barcode sticker.
If that does not resolve the issue, we will move forward with replacing your speaker all together.
