Jackie, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing pairing issues with the iPhone. I understand you have already turned off Bluetooth on the iPad. If you are still unable to pair by selecting "Soundfreaq" under Bluetooth > Devices on the iPhone, we recommend pressing Pair on the speaker until the indicator light begins flashing rapidly.
Then you will be able to select "Soundfreaq" on the iPhone. If you are still unable to do so, please remove "Soundfreaq" on the iPhone, before re-pairing from the beginning with the speaker.
