Sound keeps cutting in and out

My sound kick keeps cutting in and out. I've repaired the speaker to my laptop many times and it still keeps cutting out. Even If it's right next to my laptop, it'll cut out. I didn't have this problem when I first bought the speaker and now I can't listen to a single song without wanting to throw this speaker out in the trash! Please help.

Debbie, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing choppy Bluetooth issues with the Kick plus computer. We understand this is very frustrating, but before you throw the speaker in the trash, we hope you can do some tests for us!

Please try connecting the Kick with another smart device, such as a smartphone or tablet. If the issue persists, we can verify it is a hardware defect with the Sound Kick, and not a connection issue with the computer.

Please know we offer free replacements under our one year warranty, via mail, for US customers. Please just email us at support@soundfreaq.com to get the replacement process started.
