Luis, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are no longer able to charge your Sound Spot.
Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org so we can set you up with a replacement process. Please know we offer free replacements via mail for customers in the US under our one year warranty.
In the email please let us know how long you've owned the speaker before the issue occurred, your shipping address, the serial number located on the bottom of the speaker on a white barcode sticker, and the color of your Soundfreaq.
