Zachary, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear some buttons do not work on the Kick. For our troubleshooting records, are they the volume buttons, or other playback buttons?
Based on your description, unfortunately we do recommend replacing the speaker all together. Please know under our one year warranty we do offer replacements free of charge, via mail.
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your shipping address, how long you've owned the speaker before the issue occurred, the serial number located on the bottom of the Soundfreaq, and the color of the speaker.
