No Bluetooth auto-connect with new Version of Sounfreaq Soundkick

Hello, my new Soundfreaq Soundkick Bluetooth Speaker would not auto-connect to the last Bluetooth device as i lnow it from all other Bluetooth Speakers. I have read on a amazaon customer review that there is a new Version of Soundfreaq Soundkick that not support auto-connect. Is that true !?

When i stopped listen Music fore 30 minutes the Speaker automatically power off and i must go to speaker to power on then to my ipad and connect manually ! Every time i stopped lusten music for a while. That is not amusing it is terrible!

Radek, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing multiple issues on your new Sound Kick. Definitely not amusing, and terrible indeed. As you already know, this is not standard behavior, and we will replace your unit with a working unit. Bluetooth should definitely automatically reconnect with the last paired device--it is supported on all our units. The issue you describe is a bug experienced on certain Sound Kick units.

If you purchased your speaker at a retailer, we recommend exchanging it at the store for the fastest turnaround time, and do let them know the speaker is defective. If that is not possible, please contact us privately and we will set you up with a replacement unit.

As for the unit shutting off automatically every thirty minutes, we hope you can do some testing with us. Is your connected device set at a low volume, at <25%? If so, please try turning up the volume on the device to see if it resolves the issue. Obviously the setting of the volume should not affect the unit powering off when music is indeed playing, but this will help with our bug testing.
