my speaker turns off automatically after 5, 10 minutes of play

I bought my Soundfreaq Sound Step Bluetooth Speaker (SFQ-02L) 6 months ago, it was working grat until last week. We tried moving it around the house, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt.Please help!

Marcia, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear the Step is turning it off by itself! Unfortunately, we do recommend replacing the speaker all together. Please email us at support@soundfreaq.com with your shipping address and the serial number located on the bottom of the speaker on a white barcode sticker. We will replace your unit via mail, free of charge under our one year warranty for customers in the US.

We have had the sound kick sound freak speaker-model SFQ-04- for only 2.5 months. It has been working seamlessly, until today. I have unplugged it, had the blue tooth "forget this device" then plugged back in(after at least 20 seconds) and re"paired" the device, yet none of these work. The music plays from a device, yet no sound is emitted from the speaker. Please advise as to what to do. Thank-you!

Jennifer, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing audio issues with your Sound Kick. If you have already tried resetting the Bluetooth connection and there is still no audio playing from the speaker, then unfortunately, we do recommend replacing the speaker all together.

Please email us at support@soundfreaq.com with your shipping address, the serial number located on the bottom of the speaker on a white barcode sticker, and the color of your Soundfreaq. We will set up a replacement via FedEx, free of charge for US customers under our one year warranty.
