Drew, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing Vol + button issues.
Based on your description, unfortunately we do recommend replacing the speaker all together. Please know we do offer free warranty replacements via mail for customers within the US.
Please just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your shipping address, the serial number located on the bottom of the speaker on a white barcode sticker, and how long you've owned the speaker before the issue occurred.
