bluetooth connectivity

I had brought the portable soundkick from target hardly 6 months ago and its not playing as its supposed to. won't connect to Bluetooth and plays like the battery is draining even when on charge.
What kind of warranty do I have from target and/or your company.

Raj, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing poor audio when on charge, and Bluetooth connectivity issues with the Sound Kick.

You are covered under our one year warranty, and we would recommend exchanging the speaker with us instead of Target, as Target usually do not take returns past one month.

For troubleshooting records, in regards to the Bluetooth, does the indicator light still blink rapidly when you press Pair on the Soundfreaq? If so, does "Sound Kick" ever appear under Bluetooth > Devices? If so, do you receive an error message when you attempt to select it?

And in regards to the "plays like the battery is draining even when on charge", do you mean the volume gradually diminishes by itself when the Sound Kick is plugged in?
