SoundFreaq Soundrise Clock stopped working

Albert Oct 01, 2015 11:57AM CDT

My SoundFreaq clock just stopped working this morning. I woke up to no alarm and there was no display. I checked the outlet it was plugged into and other appliances worked and I checked to make sure it was plugged in properly. I also tested to see if the USB port was still working but it could no longer charge my phone. Any thoughts / tips?

Albert, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear the Sound Rise no longer powers on.

Please allow us to send you a replacement power adapter. If that does not resolve the issue, we will move forward with replacing the speaker all together.

Please send us a private inquiry at support@soundfreaq.com with your shipping address, how long you've owned the unit before the issue occurred, and the serial number located on the bottom of the speaker on a white barcode sticker.

Thank you for your patience, and I apologize for the inconvenience. Any questions, please let us know.

Richard, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing display issues with the Sound Rise. Just to verify, do you own the model SFQ-07? You can verify the model number located on the bottom of the speaker.

If you have not done so already, please also try adjusting the Dimmer button on the back of the speaker. If the display shows for a split second, it may be possible that the display is set to off (to avoid light pollution in a dark room).

If pressing the dimmer button does not turn on the display, please try resetting the speaker by unplugging it for fifteen seconds before powering it back on.

If that still does not resolve the issue, please send us a private inquiry at support@soundfreaq.com so we can look into replacing your speaker all together.

Thank you for your patience, and I apologize for the inconvenience. Any questions, please let us know.
