Just bought a brand new Sound Platform 2. Paired with Win 10 PC via Bluetooth. Sound skips every 5-10 seconds. Problem does not occur when paired with iPhone 6/iOS 8. Have turned off speaker, removed Bluetooth device, etc. Still occurs on PC.
Updated Bluetooth driver on my PC (Broadcom 43142 Bluetooth 4.0, driver version 184.108.40.2066). Problem not solved. Sound skips exactly every 6-7 seconds, continuously (e.g. during a song). Any other ideas?

Joel, thank you for providing more info, and I'm sorry to hear the update did not resolve the issue.
Please try turning off WiFi on the PC and playing music from the native library to see if the skipping persists over Bluetooth. This is to eliminate any possibility of WiFi interference, although this occurrence is rare.
Unfortunately, we do not have any other troubleshooting tips and recommend going to the PC manufacturer HP, or Broadcom. We also suggest connecting with other devices to see if the issue persists, just to make sure it's not a defect with the Soundfreaq. We understand you've been able to connect with an iOS device just fine.
