Pocket Kick 1 no sound

Hey my pocket kick has stopped playing any sound either via Bluetooth or via supplied headphone lead.

If I press the play button then it pauses playback on the connected device, and restarts, so it still pairs over Bluetooth just no sound.

Also it only works if I plug it into USB power, dead on battery only..

Warranty now expired but can you help?

Please let us know how long you've owned the unit before the issue occurred. Please know we do have a one year warranty, where we replace units via mail for US customers, free of charge.
