Sound Spot very low volume won't turn up.

Hi,
I have had my sound spot for a little less than a year and most recently when I connect to my iPhone through blue tooth or direct cable the volume is very low and will not turn up.
Is there something I am doing wrong?

Sue, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing the low volume issue with your Spot.

If you haven't done so already, please try resetting the Bluetooth by removing "Sound Spot" from Bluetooth > Devices on your iPhone, before re-pairing from the beginning.

If that does not resolve the issue, please send us a private inquiry so we can set you up with a replacement unit, free of charge via mail, for US customers.
