Jeph, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear the Spot no longer turns on.
Does the power indicator light still turn on when you plug in the USB cord?
If you haven't done so already, please try charging the Spot with a different Micro-B USB cable. Please know the Spot shares the same cable as many other small electronics, such as an Android device or e-reader.
If the issue still persists and you are still unable to power it on, unfortunately, we do recommend replacing the speaker together. Please just send us a private inquiry so we may start our one year warranty replacement process.
