Sound step SFQ-021RB
Hi guys! I've used my sound step for a couple of years now, and it's served me perfectly through Christmas parties, birthday parties and the odd summer barbecue. Now, sadly, it's simply stopped working! It's not charging or playing music. Nothing! When I plug it into the mains supply it'll activate for maybe 10 seconds max, then turn of and refuse to stay on. Any suggestions?
Sean, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear your Step is no longer turning on! It could be a dead power supply, or a dead unit all together. While you may be outside of our one year warranty, please know we still offer out of warranty options to get you up and running again.
