Soundfreaq Sound Steo Speakers

Whenever I try to use the bluetooth feature (which is the ONLY reason I got these speakers), the music skips terribly. I've tried turning off all other devices and resetting Wifi, I've tried unplugging the speakers and then turning them back on, I've tried re-pairing the bluetooth to my computer multiple times. I've also tried skipping tracks to see if that helps. I've even unplugged my Xbox and Roku but nothing helps at all!! Must be the speakers??

Cassandra, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing choppy audio on Bluetooth. Please let us know which model Soundfreaq you own by checking the bottom of the speaker. Please also let us know if this is a new out of box issue, or if you were able to connect without issue in the past.

It sounds like you are pairing the Soundfreaq with your computer. Please try pairing the speaker with other smart devices to see if the issue persists.

If so, unfortunately, it does sound like a hardware defect, and we recommend replacing the speaker all together. Please know we offer replacements for US customers free of charge via mail, under our one year warranty.
