Soundfreaq in Canada?

Jamie Jun 30, 2015 02:23PM CDT

Hi,

Do you sell in Canada and if so, who sells/distributes your product in Canada?
If not, when will Soundfreaq be sold Canada?
Cannot find it anywhere.

Jamie

Jamie, thank you for your interest in Soundfreaq, and unfortunately, Soundfreaq is not sold in Canada. For international customers, we recommend purchasing it through Amazon (US), and choosing Global Shipping.

We understand Soundfreaq is also sold online at Amazon.ca, through third party re-sellers. http://www.amazon.ca/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=soundfreaq However, the product range is limited when compared to Amazon US.

However, a word of caution for all international users. While we do offer an one year warranty, where we cover all costs for a replacement speaker, we are unable to do so for customers outside the US. We will still do our best to get you up and running, but there will be shipping costs incurred by the customer back to our warehouse in MN, US. (We will cover the shipping of the replacement unit to you.)

Hope that helps! Any other questions, please let us know.

I received mine through my friends in Buffalo. I live in Fort Erie, 20 mins. from the Peace Bridge.
However I am not happy with my Sound kick speaker!
I get minimal sound from it unlike my Sony. There is better volume when it is connected directly; but that isn't what Bluetooth is all about.
Please contact me by e mail or 1 289 697 9007 mobile
Or 1 905 897 9007 home
Regards,
Charles

Charles, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing low volume issues with your new Sound Kick.

Just to verify, you are able to get bigger sound when connected via AUX input?

If so, based on your description, it does sound like a hardware issue, and your unit will need to be replaced. Please let us know if this is a new out of box issue, or how long you've owned the unit before the issue started occurring.

I understand you are located in CA. Unfortunately, we do not provide warranty replacements to Canada. However, we still want to get you up and running. If you have an address in the US, or would like to use your friend's address, we'd be happy to send the replacement unit there. However, please know we still require the return of the defective unit.

Please do send us a private inquiry so we may start collecting your contact information for the warranty.

Thank you for your patience, and I apologize for the inconvenience. Any questions, please let us know.
