brand new SoundKick is cutting in and out...

Okay, just out of the box, the SoundKick is causing my computer playing iTunes to cut in and out...both do it. I turned off the SoundKick and the computer by itself works just fine again.

WTF????

Majesta, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing choppy Bluetooth. Please let us know if you are using a PC or Mac to play iTunes.

Please also try streaming music from a website, such as YouTube or Pandora to see if the issue persists. This is to isolate whether it is a software issue with iTunes.

Lastly, please try connecting the Kick to any smart devices you may have access to, such as a smartphone or tablet. If the choppy audio persists with multiple paired devices, unfortunately, it is most likely a hardware defect with the Kick and your unit will need to be replaced.

If so, please contact us by sending a private inquiry, so we may start collecting your contact information for the warranty replacement.

And I also tried it with the WiFi OFF and it still does this.
