Hello, I got my Sound Platform 2 back around Christmas of 2014 for my wife. As of the past 2-3 weeks, we are losing bluetooth range. It started with my wife's iPhone 6 Plus. We always used it about 15 feet away with NO problems, even 25 feet, no issues. Then it started skipping out sound, now, it has to be within 12 inches to work. So I tried my iPhone 6 Plus, and mine does the same thing. Next, I tried out iPad Mini, and it worked fine.... so after research, I thought it could be because our iPhones are running iOS 8.3 and the iPad Mini is running 8.0. I've seen multiple issues with iOS 8.3 bluetooth. So we just decided to wait for the new iOS to resolve the issue. Well, as of yesterday, now my iPad Mini is having the same problem. I actually have to set the iPad Mini on top of the Sound Platform for it to work without skipping. I've tried numerous things. Resetting All Network Settings on our devices, unplugged the Sound Platform 2, re-paired all devices, nothing has resolved this issue. I believe the device is faulty. What can we do?
