No Sound - and none of the controls (i.e., Volume, etc.) work

I have a SoundFreaq SFQ-04. It used to work fine (although I never could get the volume very high). Now, it will turn on (the entire row of LED lights are illuminated) - however, when I press the volume +/- buttons, nothing happens - the row remains entirely illuminated. Also, there is no sound when connected to my iPod or iPad (via AUX)

Any Suggestions?

Barb, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing button issues and no audio issues. I understand the volume buttons are not responsive--are any of the other playback buttons working, such as Play/Pause?

If there is no audio on both AUX and Bluetooth, unfortunately, we do recommend replacing the speaker all together.

For the warranty replacement, please send us a private inquiry including your shipping address, the serial number located on the bottom of the speaker on a white barcode sticker, and how long you've owned the unit before the issue started occurring.

In regards to low volume on your Kick, was the volume also low when you plugged in the Kick to the power adapter? Please know the max volume on the speaker is lowered when it is running on battery.
