Soundfreaq Sound kick stopped working

Marie Doherty Jun 06, 2015 12:02PM CDT

Hopefully someone can help or point me in the right direction. I was using my Sound kick last weekend whenall of a sudden there was a small click/pop noise and ithas stopped working. It still turns on but there is no sound coming from it. Any one have any ideas? Blown speaker?!? and more importantly would it be something that can be fixed? Many thanks Justin

Justin, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing a blown speaker. Do you still get no audio when you connect to the Soundfreaq via the AUX input on the back of the speaker? Please let us know how long you've owned the speaker before the issue occurred.

Are you located in the UK? If so, our London rep will email you directly in regards to setting up a replacement unit.

Thank you for your patience, and I apologize for the inconvenience. Any questions, please let us know.
