Daylight Saving Time

Kathy Mar 08, 2015 10:58AM CDT

I am more than a bit aggravated that after all the days and months I spent researching to find the perfect clock/radio/alarm/music player to replace the inconvenient Sony we had grown tired of fighting with - that I made the purchase of the Soundfreaq SFQ-08WT this past December - only to discover today that it does not automatically adjust itself for Daylight Saving Time!

Please consider spelling this out clearly in your user manual and in product descriptions for this product wherever it is sold. It is an important feature that had I realized before making my purchase, I may have considered another product.

Thank you.

Kathy, thank you for being a Soundfreaq customer, and for taking the time to write us. We understand a DST feature would be convenient for users in the US, and we apologize for the frustration we have caused. I have forwarded your comments to the team in regards to including a disclaimer in the warranty.

If you'd rather look for another Bluetooth alarm clock that does come with the feature, you are also welcome to trade in your Sound Rise for any other model we sell in our Online Store.

Any other questions or feedback, please let us know.
