What if my Android device says that is "paired but not connected" to my Soundfreaq?

Try resetting the Soundfreaq and/or the device that you're trying to pair:

Simply unplug your Soundfreaq for 10 seconds and plug it back in to reset it

In the Bluetooth settings on your device, choose to "Forget" or "Unpair" your Soundfreaq

Re-pair your Soundfreaq by pressing the Pair button on your Soundfreaq and making sure that the light flashes rapidly

In the Bluetooth settings on your device, select Soundfreaq to pair

Some Android devices have issues with Bluetooth pairing in general, not just with Soundfreaq.

There are several interent message boards that have specific details for each handset.
