How do I refresh the connection between my Bluetooth device and my Soundfreaq?

If you are having an issue with the Bluetooth connection, try resetting your Soundfreaq and/or the device that you're trying to pair:

Simply unplug your Soundfreaq for 10 seconds and plug it back in to reset it

In the Bluetooth settings on your device, choose to "Forget" or "Unpair" your Soundfreaq

Re-pair your Soundfreaq by pressing the 'PAIR' button on your Soundfreaq and making sure that the light flashes rapidly

In the Bluetooth settings on your device, select Soundfreaq to pair
