Soundfreaq speakers use the standard A2DP Bluetooth wireless protocol and the driver is provided by the computer OS (Windows) or Bluetooth chip manufacturer.
The first step is to confirm that you have an A2DP-compatible Bluetooth chip installed in your PC and then check for the latest drivers that supports A2DP. In some cases, you may have to remove the driver and then reinstall it.

Finally, it may help to re-boot your PC and attempt the pairing process again.
If your PC does not have A2DP-compatible Bluetooth chip installed, you can still connect to your Soundfreaq using the 3.5mm Aux input.
